Hit on tummy tuck scar, left very dark bruise on incision 4 and a half weeks post op. Should I be worried?

At 4 and a half weeks post op, my 50 pound English bulldog puppy got excited and jumped up on me. His paw landed right on incision line: this left a horrible dark bruise. Is this something I should be worried about? It doesn't hurt it just looks pretty bad. Can this cause problems with healing?

It's better to have this checked out by your surgeon, as it would be difficult to say what this could be without an examination. It could be a seroma that may need to be drained.
