Hello! I have loose skin and lots of fat on my upper back. I would like to get a bra line upper back lift. I also have loose skin and fat on my tummy and would like a tummy tuck. Is it possible to get both procedures done at the same time? If not, which procedure would you recommend be done first? I would also like a Brazilian butt lift with lipo to waist and thighs. I also plan on either breast implants, or implants with a breast lift. What combination of procedures do you recommend? Thanks!

Answer: Combination Cases - #plasticsurgery One issue to consider with combination cases is positioning. Doing a procedure on both the front and back will require performing the prep and drape again which takes time and time costs money. In someone who has more to do than an be accomplished in one day, I like to front cases together and then back cases together to be as efficient as possible.

Answer: Upper body lift and tummy tuck The combination of procedures to treat the upper and lower body at the same time is common. Based on your photos, you do not appear to have a significant amount of excess skin on the upper part of your body/back. It may be possible to treat this area with liposuction alone. That being said, if your skin does not adequately contract following liposuction, there is a chance that you may require a skin resection procedure or lift at a later date. Consult with a local board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the best option for you.
