V-Y Plasty? Pixie ears/thick tragus

Are there any doctors who can do a V-Y plasty? Everyone wants to do a revision My original surgeon did a deep plane. I was happy except for the scars and pixie ears / thick tragus. I went back 2 years later to correct it with a mini lift. Pixie ears are worse now. Jaw line looks great so I don't want another lift. I am spending money on a hair transplant for loss of sideburns and a lot of money on lasers for scars. Can't find anyone to help me. No pictures online except for revisio
