What eye shape do I have? How can I make my eyes look like the cat eye shape? (photos)

Looking at your photo and comparing it that of Megan Fox reveals a couple of differences in anatomy which would make it quite challenging to achieve what you are requesting. Your eye seems more prominent that Megan Fox's eyes. She also has mild ptosis (droop) to her upper eyelids that sometimes can create a sultry "bedroom eyes" look. To achieve that same look, we would have to create an upper eyelid droop. This type of surgery will then change the relations of your eyelid to your brow and create an appearance that will be unnatural for YOU. I always caution my patients against procedures that would alter the shape of their eyes, as the results are often unnatural, and thus unsatisfactory to my patients. Proceed cautiously. 

Not everyone is a candidate as there are limitations based on someone's anatomy but it may be possible to achieve more almond shaped eyes. See following video and link for more details.
