Their are many different variations of lower eyelid blepharoplasty and some some of the techniques used may change the shape of the eye but this usually involves and elevation of the canthus laterally. Tough to tell from just photos what these are. would be helpful to see the pre-op photos as well. This may be fat. If it is, some of this will go away in the first few weeks. Need to check with your surgeon to see where they put the fat.
