The photo in my Green top is before my neck and lower face lift. The Grey top photo is 5 months post op (now) This isn't a complaint about my surgeon at all but I feel disappointed in my result. My jaw line is fantastic and to be fair my neck from the side has been improved but my main issue has always been the lose skin at the front of my neck and yes it's improved say 50% but saving up for 3 years for the £10k I hoped for a much better result. Am I being unrealistic or do I have a point?
