I love the face of this one woman and I want to change my face to look similar. My face shape is square and I want an oval look. I've had fillers done in my chin before and liked the result but it’s temporary. I asked about chin implant but 1 doctor said it won’t look good because my chin is uneven. I also want something done about my cheeks because they sag. I want to do anything that will help me look like my goal picture. My main concern is my shape, cheeks, and chin, nose. Lost of fillers.

Patients may present with facial asymmetry post buccal fat removal, specially if they had a complication with the procedure (e.g. infection / abscess). Most of the asymmetry is usually secondary to residual swelling, which very commonly more intense in one side of the face.
