I had buccal fat removal done 2x already in 2 separate operations and am still left with bothersome volume in the photo I've posted. 2nd time it was done, the doctor told me I had no more buccal fat to remove. I recently was told that it's buccal. How is this possible? Is there any way I can get some sort of scan that can tell me what it is that's causing this unsightly bulge? I would hate to go under operation for a third time to find out it's not buccal fat and that my operation was a waste.
