hi, thx for the picture, an ear lobe scar revision is a reasonable course of action. This is something that can easily happen after facelift surgery. You have tricky earlobes to begin with, based on the size and shape of them. You have developed a small area of scar tissue over the front of the earlobe, that can happen after your facelift as well, so this can be improved.

I would work intensively on scar management: massage, pressure, topical silicone treatments. It is not unusual that your earlobe changed a bit with surgery. If in about 3 months you are still not happy, you should talk to your plastic surgeon about what a revision would entail as well as likely outcomes. This will likely be done just under local anesthesia.

Much more information is needed such as a full set of face and earlobe photographs from all angles, including both ears are going to be required to make a better determination about the proper procedure for you.
