I am considering a facelift and rhinoplasty revision, submalar implants and double jaw advancement - can this be done at once?

The logistics of combining those operations would be very difficult probably requiring several different surgeons. No, the jaw surgery will have a fair amount of swelling which will affect the facelift lift results. Do the jaw surgery first. If insurance is being used for the jaw and nose, do them first. also, I would not do implants with a rhinoplasty nor oral surgery because of the risk of infection.
