Should a revision deep plane facelift (under treated), submalar implants (porous), revision rhinoplasty (collapsed nasal valve, c shape deformity, restricted breathing), and double jaw advancement be done in one marathon surgery? If separated, what order should the surgeries be done in for maximal results and so results aren’t impacted by the next procedure?
