Should a revision deep plane facelift (under treated), submalar implants (porous), revision rhinoplasty (collapsed nasal valve, c shape deformity, restricted breathing), and double jaw advancement be done in one marathon surgery? If separated, what order should the surgeries be done in for maximal results and so results aren’t impacted by the next procedure?

Sorry this has been a challenging recovery for you. Hollowing under the check area can occur with buccal fat removal. I would check with your surgeon if this was performed as it is sometimes combined with facelift surgery.
