I would perform a skin only blepharoplasty with erbium ablative laser. There is redundant skin that is very thin.

Hello, hope you are well. The issue in the photos appears to be skin and muscle redundancy of the lower eyelid. This can be addressed with a lower blepharoplasty until local anesthesia. A revision facelift will not help.

I'd probably focus on repositioning and adjusting the muscle under the eye through a lower lid blepharoplasty.

No facelift will address this area. Micro-needling with radiofrequency, chemical peels, CO2 laser can all be helpful and the eyelid surgery would be the most helpful.

I don't think a revision facelift will fix your problem, you need to do regular botox, you need to do regular youth vaccinations, the treatment period may be long, but I think this treatment plan will solve your problem.
