Hi, ! 2 years ago a had a facelift done, & got under eye fillers too which i dosolved bc it didnt look good after 2 tries :( Now i got this awfull whinkles under my eyes very noticeble when i smile .. I tried botox many times on diference dosis up to 20 each side but nothing works. Would another ( more agressive) facelift revision will fix this issue ? My Dr said it might if we focus on that area this time . Thanks in advace for feedback

Your two limited photos are really not helpful at all. Please submit full face photos, nonsmiling and showing the entire neck, from the front and side views. Also, please be more specific about your concerns.
It would be best to go in for a consultation and be examined. There you can discuss what concerns you have the and potential treatment. Trimming down bones is not always a good option since it leaves excess skin and bones in our face do thin over time.
No, the jaw surgery will have a fair amount of swelling which will affect the facelift lift results. Do the jaw surgery first. If insurance is being used for the jaw and nose, do them first. also, I would not do implants with a rhinoplasty nor oral surgery because of the risk of infection.
