I’ve had a few revision rhinoplasty’s now. My nasal bone on the left side has always been an issue becuase it either moves back or it forms a hard callous. My latest revision the surgeon was able to get my nasal bones straight and flush but there is still a portion of the bones in the area beside my bridge that bulges out more than my left. Is this area able to have an osteotomy and then manipulated to be more concave and “slope” like my left side?
