Had rhinoplasty when aged 22, 14 years ago. Happy with the side profile but unhappy with the width. I have developed a bump on the side of my nose that I don’t have before. It looks crooked. Please can you advise what you think may have caused this? The tip is also off centre What are my options to straighten the nose and fix the tip Thank you
