I have an underbite that I’m not yet sure if I’ll get double jaw surgery for, but I’ve had prominent dark circles/bags since I was young and I’d really like treatment for them. Is it okay to get a lower blepharoplasty w/ fat transfer first, and then get double jaw surgery later on if needed? Or is it better to wait until after jaw surgery for the safest and best results, since I know double jaw surgery changes midface appearance. Any added risks or things looking off if done in that order?
