I have pretty severe acid reflux which often causes chest pain (I am working with GI's to manage this)...but my question is whether it would be safe/ OK to get a breast augmentation given my chronic reflux? Not sure if the reflux could poorly impact healing or irritate the implant/ capsule. Would really like to get the surgery but nervous if it could make chest pain worse or if the reflux could cause too much irritation when healing.

Only surgery to insert an implant can improve the shape of your breasts. You may need to puncture the glandular tissue if necessary. If you want to improve to Areola, you should also do peri-areolar mastopexy. In this case, a circular scar is formed around the areola. In your case...
Great question! You will likely need a 450cc implant to go from A-D cup. Unfortunately, this will not likely look very natural. If your surgeon does not have some sort of sizing system made by Sientra or Mentor, I suggest getting another consultation. Make sure you are seeing board certified...
At this time you are seeing your final look. Visit with your surgeon to rule out capsular contracture, which could lead to an asymmetrical look. If no capsular contracture is present you may need surgical intervention to correct your result.
