I want to have a semi pointed tip and the look of my nose from both sides look huge so i was wondering if it could look smaller with the Botox/Fillers, It looks way bigger when I smile, I heard from friends that fillers/botox is an option instead of having to go through surgery
Answer: Injectable fillers may lead to a larger nasal appearance. Based on your photos, you appear to have a somewhat droopy nasal tip appearance and a dorsal hump. If you are looking to achieve a smaller, less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance, you may indeed be a good candidate for rhinoplasty surgery. Thank you for this question, and I hope it's helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph PS Botox is not helpful for changing the shape of somebody's nose, in our experience.

Answer: Absolutely not Botox is not for nose, and fillers do not "shrink" anatomical parts but increase their size and actually are totally destructive and contraindicated in noses.Yours is a nose with a poorly defined tip in real need of open structure rhinoplasty done by a surgeon who is expert in open structure rhinoplasty and tip grafting (Sheen's graft), do research about these terms. Additionally other enhancements may be convenient, like dorsal shaving, narrowing or even alar plasty (your images are very limited and a concluding opinion is not possible at this stage, though). You have perfectly describe your dissatisfaction with your nasal tip and the cute and perky tip you seek, as I said it is a so called poorly defined tip and the solution is tip grafting and, eventually, columellar strut grafting. If you wish better grounded opinion well lit, focused and standard images have to be assessed: frontal, both lateral and both oblique views, also underneath the nostrils. Feel free to request any additional information from me.

Answer: Non surgical nose job Using the right filler, I prefer a permanent one such as Bellafil, to create what is called a supratip and elevate the tip of the nose should give you a nice results and make the nose look slimmer. You need to see a good surgeon with ample experience in non surgical options. Good luck

Answer: Non Surgical Nosejob Candidate-- with Fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm), Botox/Xeomin/Dysport I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip. However, it won't make the nose look smaller. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Non-surgical Nose Job Hi and thank you for sharing your question and pictures here! We can do slight lifting of the tip of the nose with Botox and filler injection and we can lift and reconstruct the nose bridge. However, based on what I can see from the pictures you posted (and that is no substitute for seeing you in person), these non-surgical treatments might not be able to address your concern effectively and you might want to explore other options. I hope it helps and good luck!
