Based on your photos, you appear to have a somewhat droopy nasal tip appearance and a dorsal hump. Using the right filler, I prefer a permanent one such as Bellafil, to create what is called a supratip and elevate the tip of the nose should give you a nice results and make the nose look slimmer. You need to see a good surgeon with ample experience in non surgical options. Good luck

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip. However, it won't make the nose look smaller.
