Female, age 57, weight 147, height 5’5.5”, skin type? Sun damage+thin, perimenopause. Deep plane facelift, neck lift , brow lift, lower blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting 1.5 years ago. I returned to the doctor who did the work at the one year one week mark. They said the problem was my skin quality was not good and I had gained some weight. Yes, I did gain 6 pounds. Their recommendation was that I have a forehead lift done and they glazed over my concerns about my drooping face/jowls.
