I just had my stitches removed yesterday and the doctor applied a strong tape which is suppose to be taken off the next day. However, when I tried to take the tape off I can clearly see that the nipple is cut up and the wounds have not closed up. Should the doctor have applied another bandage or something for a longer period? I don't want my compression vest to be rubbing against my nipple area and causing some sort of friction damage. Thank You
