I suffer from minor side effects of Finasteride with increased adipose tissue stored around the breast. I read that Tamoxifen works for "lump" or glandular gyno but not as effective for fatty gyno. My primary concern is to prevent fat storage in the breast contributing to puffy nipples. Would Tamoxifen work well or would an AI like Letrozole be better suited for this purpose? I do not have any lumps, just want to change my fat storage patterns since Finasteride seems to have raised my estrogen levels.
