Will my breasts sag if I breastfeed with Implants?

Thank you for your question.  The answer to this depends on several factors: size of the breast, how much the breast swells during breast feeding as well as your tissue genetics.  There is really no way to predict this.  Using bras for support of the breast can potentially help.

Thank you for your question. Pregnancy and weight changes can effect the overall size and appearance of the breast. It is safe to breastfeed if you choose to do so, but there is no way to predict how this is going to influence your aesthetic outcome. Every woman is different. Do what you want and deal with the outcome afterwards. It is not likely that breastfeeding itself will cause or prevent certain changes.Hope this helps!

It's a great question, but unfortunately it's impossible to determine whether breast-feeding will cause sagging. If you decide to breast-feed it's safe to do so with a saline or silicone implant in place. Breast-feeding will cause your breasts to enlarge and they'll stay enlarged throughout the process of feeding. Some women's breasts rebound with no sagging after this process. Some women do have sagging and desire a breast lift after feeding. It will take six months after you stop feeding for your breasts to change fully and at this point you'll be able to see whether you desire a breast lift surgery.

Thank you for your question. Congratulations on your pregnancy. Breasts will change both with pregnancy and breast feeding. The amount of sagging unfortunately cannot be predicted. Even if you don't breast feed, the breast size will increase with pregnancy and will go down after childbirth.  Some lucky ones have minimal changes after every thing is said and done! I would weigh the risks/benefits of breast feeding to your baby vs the possibility of needing a lift after the pregnancy. These are definitely good things to be thinking about and planning for! It is about what works for you and your baby.
