Will tattoo under collarbone area be ruined with breast augmentation surgery later on? (photo)

A breast augmentation should not ruin a tattoo placed in the area of the photograph that you provided.  Discuss this with your board certified plastic surgeon before the surgery.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Based on the location of the tattoos and your goal of A cup to C cup, I do not think the tattoos would be affected by a breast augmentation.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Augmentation will stretch your skin envelope to a certain degree. The larger the augmentation the greater the anticipated stretch. When considering the effects on body art one must consider location of the tattoo as well as the degree of stretch. Both factors will impact the ultimate appearance post operatively.With regards to your specific question, there is likely to be some distortion of the lower tattoo especially in the case of a larger augmentation. I often encourage patients to think back to their childhood days playing with "Silly Putty." Taking an impression and subsequently stretching the image can change it unpredictable ways which may or may not compromise the intended effect of the body art.Ultimately, without an exam any substantive advice is difficult to offer. My recommendation is to keep the planned art as far from the breast as possible and consider conservative sizing.As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

It is unlikely that a breast augmentation would stretch or alter a tattoo that high up.  Unless the implants were massive & poorly placed.  If you have concerns then get the augmentation first & the tattoo several months later, once you have healed.  Kind regards

The tattoo would not be affected as the incision would be under the breast and well away from it.

More than likely,  breast augmentation surgery will not ruin or significantly change the tattoo as long as it is "sitting" somewhat high on your chest wall. When the time is right for breast augmentation surgery, my best advice: careful selection of plastic surgeon and careful communication of your goals.Best wishes.
