What acne scar treatment gives the best results and who would be the best to perform them in my area (PDX)? (Photos)

I'm 22 and struggled with acne throughout my high school years. It was mainly hormonal and I have been able to get it under control with lifestyle change of healthy diet. I have a definite mixture of boxcar and ice pick scarring on my cheeks and enlarged pores on cheeks and forehead. What would be best? Interested in INFINI RF and TCA Cross... Also would love some recommendations for the best dermatological surgeon in the Portland Oregon area if you have any! Thanks for your help!

Yes the occurrence of the small red dots under the skin is quite common, particularly as early as 1 day after the treatment.  Sometimes the small dots can take 8-10 days to completely resolve.

Nasolabial folds are best treated with a filler- this can be a hyaluronic acid or fat. Radio frequency devices do not treat this area well. It can produce some skin tightening but will not show significant results.

Yes, a combination approach is needed to give the most improvement with scarring. We often combine these treatments on the same day. Acne patients generally require more passes and more energy. The scarring is harder to treat than in other patients. For this reason, one must be experienced in the settings and amount of passes. Hypopigmentation is generally not a problem. I would suggest talking to your health...

Each patient is individualized as far as settings. I cannot comment on the settings that were used in your case. I would advise you speaking with your doctor about why these settings were used.
