I have red pinpoint sized marks on my face after Infini treatment - is this normal?

I have just received my first Infini treatment. I was told I bled a lot during treatment and am very vascular. It's been 1 day and I have red pinpoint sized marks which are scattered in all areas of my face. Is this normal? Should this resolve?

Infini has needles that penetrate to different areas of the dermis. Like any needle, small pinpoint holes are made. Depending on the patient, more bruising can occur due to this trauma.  People on some nutritional supplements or blood thinners will form these small pinpoint red areas. They will resolve in several days.

Yes the occurrence of the small red dots under the skin is quite common, particularly as early as 1 day after the treatment.  Sometimes the small dots can take 8-10 days to completely resolve.

These marks are called petechia and are minute amounts of blood under the skin surface. It can happen in all patients, but more likely to those on some type of blood thinners. It is likely that a supplement contains fish oils, vitamin E. Also if you took aspirin within 2 weeks of the procedure, this could happen. Also, motrin, advil, or similar products can do the same. I treat this with a vascular laser such as VBeam or Excel V.
