Maybe, it all depends on the amount of pressure and proximity to the grafts. Discuss this with you your surgeon. Use antihistamines and topical nasal steroid sprays for the itching.

I suggest a formal consultation for this, fat cannot be reversed and most fillers can.  there are many differences and these need to be assessed in person.  fat cannot contour, fillers can. i often use a combination approach.  best, dr. emer.

This is a great question!  As your fat cells are healing and adjusting to their normal environment, it is wise to not introduce changes in the environment which can be stressful.  Thus, you've already waited 17 days and I would wait another 2 weeks before getting in a hot tub.  Best of luck!

I have been doing fat grafting for 25 years and have never seen a permanent motor nerve out from a blunt cannula. The nerve might be bruised but it does not tear.  Be patient
