M30, 5'8'', 69kg, skin - fair I feel like I have a baby face. Even though I'm 30, I look like I'm 20 or so. There is not even a hint of masculine qualities on my face. Please help me identifying the procedure for me

If some of our patients are excessively swollen after rhinoplasty, we typically refer them to our esthetician for facial lymphatic drainage. That can be very helpful for managing swelling after rhinoplasty. I hope this helps, and thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

If patients have active acne, or very thick oily nasal tip skin, treating the underlying skin condition before rhinoplasty is the best way to improve healing, and to minimize swelling in the nasal tip postoperatively. Thank you for this question, and I hope it helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Hi, It is better for you to consult with your facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and give you opinion based on examination. it is possible to do it either way open or closed depend on your surgeon skills.
