M30, 5'8'', 69kg, skin - fair I feel like I have a baby face. Even though I'm 30, I look like I'm 20 or so. There is not even a hint of masculine qualities on my face. Please help me identifying the procedure for me

The photos already show several conventionally masculine features, including facial hair and a broad lower-face appearance, but the high-angle selfie and full-body image are not suitable for measuring chin, jaw, cheek, or nasal proportions. “More masculine” is subjective, so choosing a procedure without identifying one specific structural concern risks an unnatural or disappointing result.

A facial plastic surgeon should first obtain standardized frontal, profile, and three-quarter photographs and assess dental bite, chin projection, jaw width, cheeks, and skin or fat distribution. Depending on the examination, options might range from hairstyle or beard changes to reversible filler, genioplasty, or carefully selected jaw or chin implants. Start with the least invasive option and avoid combining procedures until a clear, realistic goal is defined.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. This could be designed for a masculine looking result. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
