Will Jawline filler make my face look slimmer? (photo)

Question

I have this small chin and this excess fat under it I was thinking that jawline filler and maybe chin filer too would solve the problem? Should I get both?

It is difficult to tell from a photo alone, but it appears you have some submental fat under the chin that could be improved using a treatment like Kybella, CoolMini, or liposuction. I would also combine this with filler in the chin and along the jawline to give your face a balanced and proportional side profile. Liposuction requires local anesthesia and a few days of recovery, but offers full results after a single treatment. CoolMini and Kybella don’t usually have downtime, but require more than one treatment session to get the best outcome. I advise you to meet with a board-certified dermatologist with extensive training and experience in chin contouring. With a personalized assessment and customized treatment plan, I believe you could see very good results.

It is difficult to tell from this single image, but it appears you have some submental fat as well as a recessed chin. The fat could be removed via Kybella or liposuction. Both procedures are effective, but Kybella often requires multiple treatment sessions and the results can take many weeks or even months to fully develop. Liposuction uses micro-cannulas to gently suction away fat. The procedure requires local anesthetic and a few days of downtime, but you achieve full results in a single session. 
Either of these treatments can be combined with some filler in the chin to add volume and strength to the jawline. I would need to see some front images of the face to determine whether Botox injections into the masseter muscle would also help to slim the jawline.

My younger clients do a combination of internal heating/neck liposuction, fillers for facial contouring, and buccal fat pad reduction.  I would also start morpheus treatments long term, combined with sente pressed contour to tighten the skin (see link from emeragecosmetics.com).For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed.  Options include:
1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face
2. Factite or Renuvion/J Plasma to tighten the lower face, jawline, and chin to reduce fat and give the jawline and neck tightening and shaping.
3. Botox to the masseter to reduce the muscular size of the jaw giving the face an illusion of being more slender
4. Fillers to the jawline, chin, cheeks, temples and brow help to shape the face and make it more angled and defined

Thank you for your question. Without a front facing photo it is difficult to determine what will give you a "slimmer" face. I think that some chin filler will help with your profile view to help give you a little more projection. This alone might give you a more defined jaw look but you can also consider either coolsculpting or kybella for the excess tissue you have under your chin in the submental area. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your photo and questions.  Kybella can be injected under the chin area to address the fatty tissue.  Filler can be used to help shape the lower face.  You want to visit with an experienced injector near you for treatment.

Botox, filler and Kybella can contour your face.  It would be helpful to see your face from more angles and palpate at the same time watching your facial dynamics with expressions and talking.  If you are looking for a more oval or heart-shaped face that can certainly be achieved.

Looking at your side profile photo, you do have an element of micrognathia(small jaw) that could be improved with filler. I'd need to see a frontal photo to comment fully about chin and mandible(Jaw) enhancement but both would likely help define your face, giving the impression of a slimmer profile. The sub-mental adipose (under chin fat) tissue can be treated with Kybella(fat dissolving injection) provided it is all pre-platysmal(not deep to the neck muscles).
