I had a full face lift, neck lift and upper and lower blepharoplasty 90 days ago. A lot of the swelling has gone away, I am starting to have feeling back on the sides of the face (although the edges and top of my head are still very numb). I am very concerned with the eye bags that I now have. These were not there before, but now, they get worse as the day goes by. Is this due to swelling still? Or do I now have festoon or malar bags?

Well, looking at the pictures it seems to be still to much tension at your scars. The problem is surely solvable, but not by using any ointment. To asses the skin tension and the tension vectors a personall examination is necessary.Best regardsDr. Tribull, Berlin, Germany
It is obvious from your question that many surgeons do not deal with the ear and earlobe properly. They do not give it the attention it deserves. Fortunately surprisingly simple to avoid and correct these issues if the surgeon knows how.
