I had swelling of my right breast no redness or rash. I've had my under muscle silicone implants for 1 year. They gave me antibiotics and sent me home saying there wasn't enough fluid to drain and risk popping implant. My plastic surgeon advised this does happen sometimes and I should pee out liquid after a few weeks. What are my options here and should I go to a bigger hospital perhaps one in Beverly hills where they probably see more cases?

Thank you for your question.
Bruising and swelling is a common side effect from breast surgery and the photo's look normal for 3 days post op. This bruising and swelling can usually take a few days to a few weeks to settle and for you to feel back to normal.
I recommend arnica tablets...
