Baby face or wide face? Will buccal fat reduction help? (Photo)

Question

Hello, docs. For few years I am thinking of buccal fat pads reduction. I am almost 25 now. I look youngish in person, but I want more photogenic appearance. Since my childhood, I dream about more delicate (skinny) face. I dont want buccal fat pads full excision, just reduction. What part of fat pads shoul be removed to slim my face, not to make my older (now, not in the future) ? I really hate mysef on photos. Give me some opinion and professional advice, please. Thank you.

Partial removal of buccal fat pad is often not a great idea as it can return i that area.  Patients with over aggressive face slimming often have buccal fat pad and malar fat pad removal (removed unknowingly by surgeon).  Seek expertise from a facial expert.  Best Anil Shah

Fullness of the face is usually secondary to enlarged buccal fat pads. Wide face is usually caused by the bonny structure of the facial bones. Wide bonny face is common in asian patients. White patients usually don't have a wide bonny face.Buccal fat removal by removing the fullness of the lower anterior cheek helps the face to achieve a less childish and more mature look.

Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. Liposuction can also be used to further slim the face. In reviewing your pictures, is difficult to tell if you're a good candidate because your cheek area is slightly full but not overly full. You are a patient that would need and in person consultation for a complete evaluation and explanation of the positives and negatives of this procedure in your situation.

The buccal fat pad is a rounded mass of fat in the middle of your cheek. It’s located between facial muscles, in the hollow area beneath your cheekbone. 
The size of your buccal fat pads affects your face shape. Everyone has buccal fat pads. However, the size of buccal fat pads can vary greatly. If you have larger buccal fat pads, you might feel like your face is too round or full. You can be a candidate for a Buccal Pad removal surgery.
