Hematoma related swelling can take a few months to resolve. Longer than a labiaplasty without hematoma for sure. Be patient.

It is recommended to wait at least four weeks before having sex after labiaplasty. This is because your incision sites will need to fully heal prior to penetration. Nothing should enter the vagina, including tampons, for minimum of four weeks after surgery.
