Your labiaplasty scars will soften on their own. It's a normal part of the healing process that requires no human intervention. Massage will cause swelling and discomfort in the labia and it will not improve your healing in any way. There's a boatload of misinformation on the internet that sounds good, but isn't.

The hardness that you feel is your body's natural response to the healing of the incision. This area will eventually soften on it's own without any intervention. Give the labia a little more time to heal and you will be very happy with the outcome.

Massage will delay the healing process and may cause more pain. Your body will break down the scar over time. Massage if you want only after lump is gone.
