had it injected a year and a half ago on nasal folds two months later has spasms wear injected can see and feel pulling and later on lips got afected to spasms in lips and changed of shape, i know its the juvderm this happend right after i think it migrated to my nsal fold down to lips, they said it should be gone my now but its worse i think maybe i got nerve damage or maybe since its a bacteria my body attacked it and damged my good nerves too nobody know or heard of this

What you have described here doesn't sound like anything I have ever heard of or seen. Juvederm doesn't migrate like that and there is nothing in Juvederm to cause nerve damage.  It is highly unlikely that the Juvederm is the cause of your problems. You should be evaluated by a qualified physician to determine what is going on.  If you want, you can also have an enzyme, Hyaluronidase, injected in the areas where the Juvederm was injected; This will break down anything left although it sounds like something else is going on.

Juvederm and all other hyaluronic acid fillers are very stable and do not migrate to other areas of the face after injection. I think it is important that you discuss the spasms with your doctor and seek proper evaluation of a possible cause.

Juvederm doesn't migrate from the NLF to the lips. That can't happen if authentic Juvederm was used - it doesn't have the ability to move like that. I would suggest you try getting hyaluronidase injected into the affected areas - if there is any Juvederm there (which really 18 months after injections is a long time, but theoretically possible to have a very tiny amount) it will dissolve it. I haven't heard of long term nerve damage like this from a filler. Juvederm isn't a bacteria. It's a hyaluronic acid, which is a normal substance found in every human being.
