Pain between breasts... symmastia? 2 weeks post-op. (Photos)

I had a benelli lift with implants inserted via inframammary incision on 8/22/17. I have 345cc on right, 375cc on left. SRM submuscular silicone. As of now, I have no pain except where my breasts touch together. When I lie down, the breasts separate to a distance I like, but when I stand up they come close together and I can feel the implants like they want to bust out of my skin. It is painful like the skin between them is pulling off my chest wall. How can I prevent symmastia at this point?!
