How can I make these stretch marks subtle? (Photo)

I had breast implants done 6 days ago periareolar and lift. also got these stretch marks when I breast fed my kids more than 5 years ago. I'm putting vitamin e on it and drinking plenty of water. Any special creams for stretch marks?
