Plan B before BBL surgery?

I'm scheduled for an awake BBL with tumescent liposuction. Is it safe to take Plan B 17 days before my surgery to delay my period? Plan B does not contain estrogen so it shouldn't increase blood clots but I just want to make sure that it's safe
