Unfortunately, your photographs do not show your whole forehead but it appears somewhat high. You may benefit from a brow lit. This is done at the hairline junction to decrease the vertical height of the forehead, lower the hairline, elevate the eyebrows and the corrugators can be cut.

You really need fillers to make you not look so angry. Botox isn't the answer. A little Radiese would make all the difference.

You can relax. I have personally injecting Botox to treat glabellar "eleven lines" (aka "scowl lines" or "frown lines") with gratifying results since 1991. In fact, my very first patient was a young woman kindergarten teacher who had the same problem as you have who was so upset that all her kids were afraid of her and all their parents were complaining that their children were frightened by her "scowling" all the time. Well, a few microdroplets of Botox, properly injected in the glabella area, took care of that problem and has been the standard treatment ever since cosmetic Botox was introduced to the world well over thirty years ago.
So, find yourself and experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector expert and good luck. And relax. This is typically an easy fix.

Although Botox did not give you the improvement you were looking for the frown lines or 11’a are caused by an overactive frown muscle which can be surgically weakened permanently through an upper blepharoplasty incision and when combined with fat grafting should give a major long term improvement. Fat Grafting may require more than one treatment but the combination has been highly successful.
