Doctor used permanent nylon threads in my lift - should I have these removed?

I had an endoscopic brow lift. 4 incisions through the scalp. I just found out with an MRI that I basically have non dissolvable nylon sutures holding my forehead up. I'm so worried that I now have permanent plastic in my face I was not aware of. Should I get a revision and get this removed? The doctor said these are permanent polyester sutures.

Permenant polyester treads are very common and popular for surgical or minimal invasive lifting of the face and other soft tissues. They are all biocompatible and can stay forever with you.

It is very common to use permanent suture in facial rejuvenation surgery. This is commonly done in brow lifting and face/neck lift procedures. Assuming that these sutures have not caused any issues, there is not reason to have them removed. If you are happy with your results, there is no reason to consider additional surgery.
