Can alarplasty be done after jaw surgery for nose widening/flared nostrils?

Because double jaw surgery often causes nose widening and more flared nostrils, can an alarplasty be done sometime after surgery to help with this? Is it possible and safe to do alarplasty even if you had an alar base cinch suture done during surgery?

Assuming that you need alar base reduction only, you may find many low budget alternatives ( in various locations/cities), of course..The most important is; to be ready for surgery as a good candidate mentally to be happy, satisfied following surgery.RegardsCem AltindagIstanbul TR

It is almost impossible to achieve alar or nostril symmetry. The risk for making it worst is always there.I would not recommend an alarplasty Regards Dr. Janjua
