Because double jaw surgery often causes nose widening and more flared nostrils, can an alarplasty be done sometime after surgery to help with this? Is it possible and safe to do alarplasty even if you had an alar base cinch suture done during surgery?

It is almost impossible to achieve alar or nostril symmetry. The risk for making it worst is always there.I would not recommend an alarplasty
