Sculptra Butt Lift with uneven results. Is there any way to remove or reduce Sculptra?

It is most uncommon to have uneven surface to the buttocks after a sculptra BBL procedure. I can’t even imagine it, and I would like to ask you to submit photographs as what it is that you’re referring to.
