Sculptra BBL Expected Results? Current pics & photoshopped wish pics attached

Thank you for your photos . Wish photos are very helpful. This is not a straightforward answer because it depends on a few factors.
Sculptra is gradual, no downtime , improves quality of skin , leaves no scars but it is a stimulant and there is no guarantee that 40 vials will help you achieve what you want. Even though that is what you should be looking to get at a minimum. The best way to inject 40 vials is to split it into 4 sessions. I do not recommend to do it all at once.
If you go with surgical BBL, it all depends whetther you even have enough of fat to lipo before it being transferred. Then it is unpredictable how many fat cells will survive , will they look lumpy, you will have multiple scars for do not sites and around butt and significant downtime.

Thanks for the questions and nicely posted photos. There are so many issues presented. First, the fee for 40 true vials of Sculptra at $7K is so much lower then the costs to MDs can get!, I wonder if illegal Sculptra?; out of date product?; hyper hyper diluted under 10 vials? Something dies not compute.... A few boarded Plastic surgeons, like myself offer COMPOSITE SKINNY BBL ( combo of lipo with fat grafting + 10-20 vials of Sculptra in same surgery). Those fees are $10,000 or $14,000 respectively. Maybe you should consider this surgery option? A second issue is using a medspa! Doubt a licensed medical provider doing the injections. Please be careful out there.
