29 yrs old. 190lbs 5”5, can Sculptra butt lift fix chicken butt? (Photos)

Fixing “chicken butt” Hi, I am 29 yrs old. 190lbs 5'5. I have had BBL procedure done 3x , I developed what people are calling “ chicken butt” and it’s the most unattractive thing about my butt. It makes me so sad and depressed that my last doctor said he could fix it and it still looks the same. I’ve called around trying to see if there is anything else I can do to make it better , I would be happy with even the slightest improvements! I am not interested in doing another surgery, but I’m curious if sculpture can fix it just a little bit I think any improvement on this I would be happy. But another surgery is out of the question, is there anything that can fix this? Please someone help.
