Sculptra filler after butt implants? (photo)

Question

Hi, I got butt implants over a year ago and am not happy with how they look and would like to go bigger and have my butt look rounder too. When I asked my doctor he advised me to not enhance it in any way but to get bigger implants but I DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT so my question is, would I be able to get Sculptra injections or a BBL over my implants safely?

Thank you for your question and photo.The answer will depend on your treating doctor experience, guidance and comfort level.In my practice we do a lot of Sculptra butt injections and have safely and successfully helped our patients achieve their desired results. Sculptra injections are not done deep , where the fat injections for BBL may require a deeper plane. Having butt implants may impair the technique and increase your risk of complications. It is best to discuss with your doctor and have a plan. Based on your photos, you are in a great shape so I do not see where the fat can be taken from. Another option to consider is Renuva fat injections. It is much pricier that Sculptra but I encourage you to read about it as it may be of interest to know about other options out there.

Sculptra can definitely be used to enhance your buttocks safely, even though you have implants in place. A proper technique has to be used and not what most commonly people do as seen on YouTube. You may also have to stage your augmentation over a period of 3 to 4 months in order to get the best result possible, and not to attempt to get “all that you can” at once.

Great question but only 1 posted posterior view photo, why no side views or frontal views?? I do many cases of partial failed butt implants. I agree with you to try SKINNY BBL using any available fat with injection BBL using a combination of Radeisse/Sculptra. Fees from $10,00-$20,000 depending on number of vials of product required. best to virtual consult with....
