Could skin tightening surgery be done on the nose to make my eyes look a bit closer? (Photo)

Surgery or skin tightening of the nose bridge will not make the eyes physically appear closer together. The distance between the eyes is determined by your natural facial anatomy (orbital bone structure), and this cannot be changed with skin tightening procedures.

Pulling the skin at the root of the nose may temporarily give the illusion of closer-set eyes, but procedures such as skin tightening, fillers, or lasers cannot permanently alter the spacing of the eyes.

In some cases, makeup techniques, contouring, or non-surgical cosmetic approaches can help create the appearance of closer-set eyes. For structural changes, the only procedures that affect the eye area are highly specialized surgeries, such as orbital or nasal reconstruction, which are complex and not typically performed for cosmetic purposes alone.
