Could skin tightening surgery be done on the nose to make my eyes look a bit closer? (Photo)

I am very self conscious of my wide set eyes, & I’ve been trying to find a way to make them appear closer than they are. I find myself pulling the skin between my eyes to see what’d they look like a bit closer, & now I’m determined to find someone that can help me achieve this look. If I were to get skin tightening surgery on the root of my nose bridge, would those results be similar to the picture? Pls help, I must know if this can be done
