I apparently have axillary breast tissue in my armpits, but I know there is fat there, too. Can the axillary tissue be used to enhance my breasts the same way the fat can? Could it be done all at once? (The fat grafting/transfer and the axillary repositioning?)

Great question! At 3 months the fat that has survived isn’t going anywhere regardless of what you do. Donating blood would not affect the survival or blood flow to the grafted areas at any stage, and donation is safe at any time point.
