I had a mastopexy and breast augmentation about 6 weeks ago. I am looking for the best and most supportive sports bra. I work out 5-6 days a week with a combination of elliptical machines, walking, running, spinning, and aerobics. What brand do you suggest would be best? Thank you!

Answer: Sports bra I do not favor a particular brand, but in general, a sports bra might be reasonable. It is always good to speak to you surgeon.

Answer: Breast sports bra after surgery I don't have a specific brand bra I recommend to patients, at six weeks I usually advise them to wear what feels most comfortable to them. That being said, I have my nurse keep a list of current stores carrying specific bras or compression garments that my patients wear in and rave about. As you know, brands change and stores change so a current running tally of what works for patients is in important to update frequently. I suspect your surgeon/nurse may have similar information and more importantly they know your particular surgery and can suggest what may be best for you.
