usually result in smaller areola... but you should discuss this with your surgeon so your expectations are known.  You have the opportunity to change things more towards your liking.  Make sure your surgeon doesn't use rapidly dissolving sutures in Benelli lifts because you will end up with humongous areola... I know because I know a surgeon that does this and must like huge areola.  And know revision policies in case the scarring is suboptimal.
