I have had two separate incidents that have resulted in nose trauma. One of this incidents resulted in a 9 degree shift in my nose but niether accidents caused any breaking or serious fractures. Both of these incidents happened when I was in middle school/high school, I'm graduating college soon. Just recently discovered this weird webbing on the inner corners of my eyes and I have had some decrease in breathing out of my left nostril. Is there anything I can do? Is there even anything wrong?

There are several things that can be done to your nose to minimize the appearance of the pivot until it is fully healed. See your board certified plastic surgeon and get their opinion
Your before profile photo appears to show an obtuse nasolabial angle, and your tip does not appear overrotated. Your tip may drop a few millimeters as your swelling resolves, and your mild nostril asymmetry may resolve as well. Consider discussing your concerns with your surgeon for reassurance,...
After rhinoplasty you can expect the tip to be slightly elevated due to swelling assicated with the surgery. It can take several months or even a year for this swelling to resolve. The tip can be expected to drop a few millimeters during that time.
