My giant forehead it has bothered me my entire life! I hate the cavernous furrows that are constantly there especially bad when I smile or make any facial expressions. I want to tighten and lift my brows/forehead but will they do that for a 26 year old?!
Answer: Forehead Wrinkles I am sorry you are unhappy with the look of your forehead.Unfortunately there really isn't a realistic surgery that can make these lines/wrinkles go away permanently from the forehead. The wrinkles typically come back as soon as you start expressing yourself. (raising or lowering your eyebrows) This is why Botox comes into play. You can non surgically treat this area and it will aid in preventing the lines and wrinkles from becoming more prevalent.

Answer: Large dynamic fore head Neuro modulators like Botox or Xeomen will smooth your forehead but will make it look larger. If your vertical non hair bearing forehead is too long then you need a forehead reduction. This would be done at the hair line. Done properly, it will shorten the forehead and muscle activity can be surgically reduced.

Answer: Brow lift can be done for a 26 year old, however... ....its difficult for us to determine that is what would be best for your from the pictures you have posted. You certainly have deep, prominent forehead wrinkles, but that could be addressed with botox alone, done in a conservative fashion so as not to drop your eyebrows. However, if you already have low eyebrow height at rest, then this could be the reason that your forehead wrinkles have become so prominent over the years. If you can post photos of your face/eyes from straight ahead without raising your eyebrows, it would give us another piece of information regarding your anatomy to help us decide whether a brow lift would be a good idea. I've certainly done brow lift on younger individuals like yourself if the anatomy dictates it. I've put the link of a young woman that I performed a brow lift with these exact features.Best wishes,AJ Amadi

Answer: Do I need a brow lift or Botox. Brow position, forehead wrinkles and upper lid excess laxity are all connected. Without seeing your eyes, it is therefore impossible to give you the answer. If you are not making a maximum effort to lift your eyebrows in the pictures, then brow lift with a prehairline incision to shorten your forehead would be the best option. You would need to be seen to confirm this assessment.
