Can Botox in the forehead and glabella effect the nose shape or cause heavy feeling in tip of nose?

I had botox for the first time a week ago. I had my forehead and glabella treated. My inner brows feel extremely heavy and have drooped slightly. It almost seems to be making my nose feel heavy as well. I have a deviated septum and a droopy tip from a previous surgery (4 years ago). Could the botox make my nose droop more?
