Can Botox reduce the horizontal lines/creases above lips when I smile? (Photos)

When I smile I get some horrid lines/creases above my lip. I’m hoping Botox could relax the muscle above my lips to reduce it. I’m 51 so do not expect miracles but this is really bothering me. I’ve attached photos with and without smiling-what do you think? Thank you

Without a photo it is difficult to determine your exact issue.  The good news with Botox however is that the results (good and bad) always wear off in a few months.  If you a truly concerned, I would make an appointment with your injector to discuss your issues.

Although 75 units is a little more than the average, I have not seen dizzy spells or fatigue as a result of a neuromodulator.  I recommend seeing your internist for thorough exam.
