Pinkness near incision after Strattice reconstruction. Want a second opinion, does this look infected? (photos)

Giawins2
Im 10 days post op on a Strattice reconstruction surgery for very thin skin under my breasts. I’ve been healing great with no pain. Last night I noticed pinkness forming underneath my incision and coming down. Sent my PS photos and he prescribed me a Zpack he’s not worried but it’s better to be safe than sorry. He had me outline the redness with a marker to track my progress of whether it stays the same, improves or worsens. Just want second opinions. Does this look infected ?
